The bathtub drain did not work and they promised to send someone up to our room. It took over 6 hours and me going back down to the reception desk to get it resolved."

"Most of the staff is not speaking English, the rooms are old, both mattresses are worn and i slept like a banana, breakfast is poor, only boiled egs, sausages and vegetables, no omelette or fried eggs, powder coffee.Pool access is only by reservation for 1 hour stay.Parking for extra cost, not a 4 star hotel, the room was 100-180usd/night, 2 nights 2 different prices.I do not recomend it."
