"Thes staff were fabulous and the general service excellent. The in room TV and connectivity was disappointing with interrupted streaming, and at time intermittent free to air TV. We had busy days and used room service which was also great. The direct access to the mall and Southbank was our reason for selecting this hotel and served us very well for convenience and easy for our city holiday!"
"Hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center and weekend markets in the botanic gardens. The pool, sauna and gym are great. You have convenient takeout and bottle shop directly across the road for anything you might need. Only downfall is the construction work can be a little loud sometimes but that is out of the hotels control. I've thoroughly enjoyed multiple stays here."

"Great spot! Close to the city and so you can get to places easier. Loved my room, the staff were great! The only thing is the laundry room which needed a bit more cleaning. Other than that I had a great experience! Will be definitely booking here again!"
