Had to move rooms after receiving an upgraded room at check in that lacked the pool view that i paid for and the sleeper sofa. Nobody checked to see if the upgrade was a true upgrade first. took an hour to resolve and cut short beach time prior to dinner. Told that first hour of bike rentals was free. it wasn't.

"Nachttisch Lampen beide defekt. Tolittendeckel vergilbt hätte längst ausgetauscht werden müssen.
