"The hotel looks like it's abandoned. The room has been poorly maintained (carpet was dirty with stains, Walls and ceiling with portions showing damage, blue tape attaching a section of the TV cabinet, floor with loose strips, etc). We arrived around 2 am after a long drive, and nobody was at the front desk. We waited 45 minutes until a lady came and gave us the room key. For a few $s more, you can find a much better place. This hotel has been managed as a 1-star hotel. It’s day and night versus 2 or 3 years ago. I recommend that you reserve a different hotel. Our stay was just for one night to visit our college daughter. "

"Property didn’t look like the pictures at all. There was trash on the ground. Ice maker didn’t work, hot water dispenser in the breakfast area didn’t work. A/C didn’t cool off the room. Couldn’t turn on any lights until we discovered the lamps were unplugged. Chair in the room was stained and the tv remote was missing the back so the batteries kept failing out. Definitely will not stay here again if my son decides to go to GSU."

"ONLY CAME DOWN HERE TO TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO AN INTERVIEW AT THE COLLEGE NEVER THOUGHT IT WOULD BE THE TRIP FROM H#$L I shouldve turned around when I first walked into the front office and saw a sign that stated "you cannot change rooms after check-in". Outta curiosity I ASKED The night manager what the sign meant, since I had already paid for my room through Hotels.com for one night only... He was nice enough to say that they would refund rooms If they did not have availability for another one in case you did not like the one you were in. Okay, so i felt sorta assured that me n my kids would be okay. But Noooo this shiii got WORSE by the second. I Get the room key thinking the room was somewhat decent at least like the photos but once i drove around and started looking for my room, when I found it, my room was all the way in the back on 2nd floor upstairs...I just told them I had a baby. The stairs leading to the room were cigar gut and piss infested, not to mention DARK... I Get to the room and soon as I open the door I am hit wit the smell of cigarette smoke and god knows what else. The room had been cleaned, however you can tell that the sheets were old and well used, dingy with visible stains and cigarette burns throughout... The furniture was the furniture that they show in the reviews, except the furniture was new in the photos ion know WTH they had in this room. The plugs were hanging from sockets, the nightstands were clearly stained with cigarette burns and the lam"

"Just stopped for the night on our way home and always feel clean and safe in these suites. Enjoy staying here and the bedding in comfy. Staff is very nice. "

"Awful. Felt very unsafe. Room stunk like cigarette smoke despite being a nonsmoking room. Loud, intoxicated guests hanging out in the walkways. Cockroach crawled on my bed. Many others on the floors and walls, including the bathroom. I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. The pictures are not an accurate representation of this property. Not even close. "

"The reason for just an okay rating is because the hotel needs a lot of updating to do. It’s stuck in the late 80’s in terms of bathroom and overall look. The room smell needs some improvement and also the HVAC sysytem needs updating and duct cleaning is needed. There’s some construction materials all over the place and it is not pleasing to the eyes. The breakfast was ok. The price we paid for was too much for what we got to stay in the hotel. "
