"Fantastic location, but the property needs some TLC: Overall, I had a decent stay. The location is incredibly convenient—you are just minutes away from McDonald’s, Ruby Tuesday, and RaceTrac, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snacks. The rooms themselves are very good, but the hotel could definitely use some upgrades, especially the elevator, which feels outdated. Additionally, the room items are showing their age, and housekeeping could pay closer attention to detail; the AC units and vents really need to be properly dusted. It’s a comfortable enough spot because of the great location, but management could really elevate the experience with some maintenance and modernizing."

"The hotel was beautiful & near Statefarm arena . One thing we didn’t like was the food ! Chicken tacos WERE HORRIBLE ! Chicken was hard & food was COLD ! The other thing we didn’t like was hotel staff didn’t let us know about the events that were going on at the hotel. We were leaving the hotel to find something to do & it was a whole party in the lobby with a Dj which we loved but we had no idea . Hotel staff should let guest know itinerary when they check in hotel"

"We checked in late-night and just needed a place to crash for a couple of hours. Hotel is just outdated terribly. Parking is atrocious. The clearance in the garage is maybe 3/4 of an inch above a Yukon Denali, so be very cautious of parking there (valet parks there as well). There is no security in the garage either. Air conditioning unit rattled loudly all night. Room was not clean. When I walked in, I just made sure there were no bugs to carry back home and went to sleep. This hotel needs a huge makeover, but I'm guessing they'd rather take advantage of unknowing travelers. I would sleep in my vehicle before I ever slept in this hotel again."

"Parking is a bit high. Due to it being valet only. All Elevators were not on. Only two out of five were running on memorial day weekend. It took foreverrr for the elevator to finally arrive. We ended up taking the stairs down. (We were on 18 floor). Besides those two inconveniences everything else was fine."
