Appena arrivato ho trovato la camera in ordine ma non appropriatamente pulita: erano presenti orme sul pavimento e varie ragnatele, e nel bagno era presente qualche macchia sui servizi sanitari . L'arredamento è un po' scarno e un po' vecchio, ma con tutto l'essenziale per soggiornare. Molto buona la pulizia giornaliera della camera.

Io ho preso la soluzione in villa/residence...più economico...Qualita prezzo buono...pulizia ok...unico problema se arrivi in auto c'è una via/strada stretta e piccola con pochi parcheggi..È per il parcheggio privato nella villa ti chiedono 5 euro...

Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Ce guest House situé à 10 minutes à pied du centre de Florence dispose malheureusement de 2 chambres qui sont situées à côté de la salle de bains commune dont les allées et venues des uns et des autres génère du bruit. De plus à chaque fois que l'eau chaude est tirée une espèce de petit moteur se déclenche ce qui devient assez vite irritant. Maheureususement si vous arrivez après 18h30 et que vous n'avez pas ouvert votre portable la veille, vous devrez attendre l'arrivée des propriétaires qui n'habitent pas sur place ce qui vous en coûtera 25 euros. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et les propriétaires agréables. Si vous en avez le temps je vous recommande de vous promener sur le mont Oliveto dont la sente d'accès est située juste au dessus de l'établissement. Vous y découvrirez des points de vue magnifiques de Florence ainsi que de splendides jardins qui font tout le charme de Florence.

OK Value for money

Driving through Italy en route to Greece. This 'Residence' is a house round the corner from the Hotel Noce. You have to book in at the Hotel which we didn't know beforehand. OK value for money but is very basic. Our bathroom needed updating.

Camera molto silenziosa e pulita, distaccata dall'Hotel perché dislocata al P.T. di una casa su due piani. Ottima davvero la colazione che sembra quella di una pasticceria di buona qualità. Arredamento della camera un po' datato ma nel complesso lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Hôtel a recommander a des amies

Très bon séjour cartier calme ,difficile d'accès,il manque des panneaux de direction pour trouver l'hôtel,sans le l'ordinateur de bord difficile de vous trouver.Petit inconvénient mineur c'est que l'on a pas pu faire une grâce matinée a cause du bruit de chantier.

camere comode e tranquille

Siamo due ragazzi di 23 anni, di Cuneo, abbiamo soggiornato in una camera di Villa Noce nella notte tra il 17 ed il 18 agosto per assistere al concerto dei Testament. La posizione è comoda da raggiungere perchè si trova vinicissima al casello Brescia Ovest dell'autostrada A4, ma comunque il luogo è in totale tranquillità. Abbiamo entrambi apprezzato molto la ricca colazione a buffet inclusa nel prezzo della camera. Facciamo i complimenti ai pasticceri dell'hotel Noce che hanno preparato ottimi biscotti e dolci.

可愛いお部屋とレストラン

車での移動でしたので、高速近くのホテルを探していました。お値段が安かったので、決めたのが理由ですが、とてもかわいいステキなホテル。レジデンスのパーキングはせまく、とめにくかったのは残念ですが、それ意外はパーフェクト。スタッフの方もやさしく、朝食もおいしかったです。ぜひ、また滞在したいと思います。

Anlände sent och hittade vår hotellbyggnad utan reception, den fanns i annan byggnad på gatan bredvid, ingen information fanns tillgänglig. Restaurang i receptionsdel var mycket trevlig med full service och gemytlig atmosfär. Frukost var under all kritik då den bestod mestadels av bakverk och söta kakor.
