"This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was cozy and clean. I enjoyed going in the beautiful sauna and steam room. For dinner they served a beautiful 5 course meal that was delicious and fresh. The breakfast was also amazing! I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone who passes through vipiteno, and I hope to come back here again! "

"A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. We were able to walk right out the door and into the heart of the old town. The room was beautifully appointed with every amenity needed which helped to offset the lack of view. In the morning we were provided an excellent breakfast with a wide array of food options....

"À 5 min depuis la sortie d’autoroute en face de la gare à l’entrée du village à côté d’une station d’essence. Bel emplacement très bien entretenu, très belles fleurs partout. Chambre spacieuse et confortable avec grand balcon. Chien bienvenu. Grand parking gratuit. Belle terrasse à l’arrière avec place de jeux pour enfants. Les wiener schnittzel sont excellentes et énormes ! "

"Personal war super freundlich und bemüht, Bedienung im Restaurant war absolut top! Schade nur, dass die 90 Grad Sauna während unserer 5-tägigen Aufenthalt laufend außer Brtrieb war, etstaunlich, das sie nicht schnell wieder intakt gesetzt werdeb konnte. Auch ein Kritikpunkt ist der Mangel an Liegen im Ruhebereich des Wellnessraums - 6 Liegen für ganzes Hotel ist, meiner Meinung nach, viel zu wenig. "The hotel is beautifully designed and carefully curated in every detail, with exceptionally attentive staff. We loved the stylish common areas and the convenient proximity to the ski facilities.
