OK

Very spacious flat, but definitely no luxury. Facilities old-fashoned and a bit worn. Really hard bed mattresses. Kitchen lacked various utensils, like a knife for cutting food (which was, however, provided after asking). Quiet location close to bus stop and grocery stores. OK for a one-week stay with most of the time spent out and about touring and sightseeing.

Fine stay

Nice stay. Big apartments. Fine facilities. Bed was a bit used and hard, so we used the sofas instead. The area is an area were most of the turist hotels are concentrated. We stayed 4 nights.

La Isla Bonita IS the beautiful island

Lovely property with small pool. Layout and decor good. Only 10 minutes walk to a black sand beach. Quiet as we were off season. La Palma IS La Isla Bonita. Recommend hiring a car to explore. The capital Santa Cruz is delightful.

Wifi the only problem...

The only issue we had with this accommodation was the poor wifi in our area of the building. It necessitated my husband having to get up at 4am to get some sort of decent connection.

La limpieza es mejorable, lo peor es el olor a humedad al entrar, luego se va pasando. Las camas tienen un forro protector que se mueve y se queda arrugado y es molesto para dormir, al ser un apartamento, la limpieza no es diaria. El menaje está bien, pedimos cafetera expres y sin problema. Faltarían unas tazas de café pequeñas. El baño es oscuro, le cambiaría el color y pondría luz donde la bañera, lo que no hay es gel, champú, etc.

Très bien placé au sein de Los Cancaros, spacieux et propre. Les serviettes sont changées tous les 2 jours , mais forte odeur de javel et très usées . Sinon , dans l’ensemble très bonne expérience
