"I was in Seattle for a cruised and needed a good hotel. I'd booked a different on but it was unclean and unsafe, so I booked at the Westin. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. It was busy because of the world cup, but this did not negatively effect my stay. I'd definitely come back. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was wonderful too."

"I actually feel sorry for the girls that work at the desk here. This building is so poorly maintained that the lampshades were literally crumbling into dust in my room. The cigarette burns the animal odors, this is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life and I have stayed in a lot of places that were not good. When they moved me into the second room. "The room, bedding, and bathroom were clean and stocked. The upstairs tenants were noisy until 4am both nights I stayed. Made it hard to get a full nights sleep. In the room I stayed there was not good wifi connectivity. Made it difficult to do anything other than use the phone."

"The room was lovely. Very comfortable and spacious. It was conveniently located near major roads, restaurants and amenities. Room entry system felt secure. Exterior shows a bit of wear but rooms were excellent and staff was helpful."
