"Overall pretty great, but definitely a few negatives. Cleanliness was not 100%, by a long shot. Room was incredibly hot, oh so unbearably hot. We opened the sliding door as it was cool outside, but then flooded our room with bugs (100's of them). Room was close to the "lake", aka still water pond. Hence all of the bugs. If you are going to book this hotel, definitely book away from the pond or do not come in the hotter summer months. Staff were awesome, exceptionally amazing."

"Our whole stay was disappointing, we upgraded but didn't have the room we payed for, we had to wait ages for another room to come available, wasn't offered any drinks while we waited, after it seemed like forever we had a room which again was disappointing, the food in the olive tree was very disappointing, we asked for water for our table and they brought a tiny glass,which only held a mouthful, but the thing that did it for us was we were charged a £100 holding fee twice, plus another £48 on...
