I was very happy with my stay at the hotel. Although the rooms are a little dated they are clean and comfortable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is not far from the train station and located next to a supermarket should you need it. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Das Hotel ist halt schon in die Jahre gekommen. Wasserhähne schwergängig. Teppichboden im Flur hatte Wellen. Fenster und Fensterbank waren schmutzig. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Inget ställe vi kommer att återvända till

Hotellet i sig var bra, bekväma sängar, rent och snyggt, ok frukost mm. Mysig restaurang i en gammal källare där vi åt en god middag. Trots detta kommer vi att undvika detta hotell på grund av personalens bristande intresse för sina gäster och total avsaknad av vänlighet och trevligt bemötande. Under hela vistelsen har vi ej mottagit ett enda leende eller ens hälsning från ngn av personalen i receptionen, restaurangen eller i frukostmatsalen. Man kände sig mest till besvär som gäst.

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas älter, jedoch sauber, das Bad renoviert und die Zimmer recht groß und ruhig. Die Betten sind angenehm fest aber nicht zu hart, ein Kühlschrank ist auch in dem Zimmer. Freundlicher Service, dabei ein äußerst gutes Frühstucksbuffet und Hotel eigene Parkplätze. Und das ganze mitten in der Altstadt. Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht aber wir werden genau in dieses Hotel in Pezinok zurückkehren um diese Stadt zu genießen.

Great staff, room okay, no air con though as the hotel turn it off in colder months but the room was very warm! Had to open the windows but this let in a lot of biting insects.

Sadly due to covid they had decided not to clean the room during the stay (which I found very peculiar..). I understand they don't have many guests at the moment, maybe make sure those visiting have a good experience. the room wasn't very clean - It was a pen on the floor next to the bed, so I wonder how good they have cleaned prior to me coming. The small mini-bar was also dirty inside, a fluid that had poured out into the fridge brown/black... in the morning it sounded like a disco in the breakfast-room. Not very pleasant. Mostly disco musik, one morning trance music... Also the bread was only fresh one morning. They were kind enough to make something fresh as a hot meal, think this together with the coffee was what made the breakfast OK (and I say OK, because it was not good quality on the freshly made food, how good the scrambled eggs were, depended on the person making it). For the cost of this stay, I would have expected them to increase the quality and cleaning!

Gutes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, großes Zimmer, gute Betten, hervorragendes Restaurant. Gute Lage mitten im Zentrum, eigener Hotelparkplatz.

ruhige Lage

Für eine Nacht hat gerade gereicht . Zimmer nicht gerade sauber schlecht gesaugt oder gar nicht neben Bett Asche und Brösel. Bettwäsche mit zwar kleinen Löcher aber auch das muss nicht sein Wasserhähne beim Aufdrehen sind schwarz gewesen . Ruhige Lage aber es war Samstag Nacht ich kann nicht sagen wie es an andere Tage ausschaut. Es war auch nur Standard Zimmer
