Big rooms
The balcony was a nice touch
Breakfast was good for the price
The area was so beautiful, calm and quiet
Location was good , to catch the tram
Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy to go into town
Excellent hotel at nice location with the view of beautiful Danube river and little hills across it. Super close to city center with convenient tram or cheap taxi.
The room was a bit outdated, but clean and spacey. First I thought the bed was not soft enough but it was actually very good to sleep on.
Outstanding breakfast! Higlyh recommended!
The most uncomfortable bed ever. We had booked a double room but they gave us a twin room. We went back to reception and the staff member said the hotel was full and shrugged, and said we can push the beds together. We went back to the room and did this, and there was loads of litter under the bed. The mattresses on both beds were extremely uncomfortable. In the morning we spoke to the front desk, and they said they couldn't switch our rooms but they would provide extra duvet covers. We got back in the evening and they had not done this. We gave up, and slept on top of our duvets using only a sheet. The hotel is a short tram ride from the city centre. You can walk in about 35mins but it is down a main road and doesn't feel safe at night. The hotel is up a hill and you have climb up a lot of stairs from the main road. There was building work, so either you had to climb around the broken area or walk a 15min detour. Once you get to the hotel, there are more stairs to reach reception. The property is very dated in decor, with no plug sockets by the beds. We found the people in Bratislava very kind and friendly, but some of the staff at this hotel were rude to us.
The hotel had zero airconditioning so room air was terrible. Also because of the hot weather it was unbearable to try to sleep there. The housekeeper kept coming to the room with diffirent matters without knocking and not speaking or understanding english so we never knew why she came there.
Otherwise a very basic, clean but outdated hotel.

Camera pulita, cuscini scomodi. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione perché abbiamo lasciato la camera presto. È disponibile un bar per prendere gratuitamente caffè, the o acqua.
