"I will start by saying-this is NOT a big chain hotel, and does not have a 24 hour lobby. They will not allow early check in, and check in time is at 3pm. The lobby is closed from 10pm-7am. Overall, the experience I had was unpleasant, and I will not be returning. There are so many options in Branson, I don't feel like you really have to give any one place a second chance. The night staff did what he could to make things better, but it was not what I expected, nor what I would have preferred. If...
