"The property was not well maintained. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. The service was pathetic. There was no water in the bathrooms. After repeated requests, they provided towels, water and soaps. We traveled with senior citizens and the experience was horrible."

The Mulberry tree restaurant team, including Bhagat Ram ji and Chetan, was particularly helpful.
