"We've stayed in countless hotels/motels over the past 30 years , and only a handful that have left a lasting memory. The Saphire has now topped our list of memorable stays. With its great theme rooms to the fantastic courtyard with era specific seating, it has set itself apart from the rest. If we ever travel back to Bozeman, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Saphire motel"

"Nice size room & good layout with vanity area outside of the bathroom. The shower was large and the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel was the type installed in the shower, which we consider a plus. We also really enjoyed the open style closet where you could hang your clothes and see to organize. The decor was perfect with the western style motif. There was a coffee maker in the room which we couldn't figure out. There is no refrigerator or microwave. The parking may or may not be $20. We were...

"This place is great. Stay here when I’m in Bozeman. Rooms are super cool- the food is great - love the DIY check-in and downtown is pretty close."

"The staff was wonderful! Friendly, accommodating and so ready to help with anything you need. The property did seem dated. No amenities as to what you'd typically look for- no coffee maker or fridge in the room. They did have coffee in the lobby. No breakfast services. The fireplace was nice but, description on website of the courtyard was basically a cement porch outside of the front doors, facing street and driveway. I still give it a 4 star rating because of staff and location- walking...

"This is a great place to stay in Bozeman. The outdoor hot tub and fire pits make a great place to unwind at the end of the day. Downtown is a few minutes' drive away. The staff was lovely. I would stay here again when in Bozeman."

"Room was clean and comfortable, overall location was good. Property in general was clean and staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee and water in the lobby. The pool area seemed well-maintained. The only disappointing part was the breakfast - the breakfast area was quite small and crowded and there were no hot foods available, only bread, instant oatmeal, a waffle maker, and yogurts."

"I arrived and was assigned my room. Upon entering, the bed was not made, towels on the floor, and leftover breakfast on the counter. I went back to the desk,and explained the situation. I was given another room, but when I went to take a shower, there was a washcloth and hand towel only. No bath towels or bathmat. I went to the pool area and got a towel."

"On the whole week-long vacation trip, this was the only hotel that honored our request of connecting rooms. Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean."

"Nice little spot to sleep for the night before flying out of Bozeman. We never got a room key because the card scanner was down and the button to reset it is in the managers office which was locked at 11 pm when we got there but that was the only hiccup."

"Cleanliness i would say, it was a mehh. Dog furrs all over the carpet, there was even a dog food left on the floor as well, so i don’t think they do vacuum the floors lol. We only stayed for the night, but over all was a good stay."
