"Only one elevator works and the floor of it is broken and a trip hazard. My bathroom shower looked like some one fell into the wall pushing it in and cracking the tile. Water can get through the cracks."

"Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining into the room even with the curtain closed. (Probably because I tapped on the glass twice to get their attention to check-in. The room was fairly clean. Cobwebs all around the window but otherwise clean. The mattress was the firmest I've ever had at any hotel!"
