"Not bad but aged property "

"No laundry available, apparently it burned down. The breakfast situation was a bit sad. The breakfast room was dim and very dated. There was one very nice lady waiting on everyone. The food was good though. The pillows in the rooms are fluffy but uncomfortable. Being your own pillow if you can. The phones in the rooms don’t work either. The staff was very friendly, got to give them that. "

"Check-in was very quick. Evening front desk folks were efficient. Got to the room and problems began. Tv wasn’t working, phone was disconnected, noticed that we were given a used bed where the linen was not changed (added photos of how it looked the moment the sheets were pulled to get into bed. When I informed the front desk, Reyna came herself to help out as there was no maintenance or housekeeping staff onsite to do the needful. The King bed we had, did not have any king size pillows on it, the comforter she got did not have a cover and she really didn’t know what she was doing when making the bed with fresh linen.Bathroom door didn’t have a stopper and kept closing on its own which was pretty annoying. There was nobody to assist or tend to guests during the breakfast hours and the front desk person had to be contacted again just to get some boiled eggs which I must say he mad and provided himself. Not really what is expected of a 3 star hotel like Hyatt Place."

"The toilet ground slow we usually had to do two or three flushes. There was also a nightstand lamp that didn’t work. We reported both of the front desk at checkout."

"The room was fine. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The area wasn't that good, beat up cars, noisy streets, lots of trash. It was fine for a couple of nights, and the motel itself was fine. Just not in the best area. Plus, they could put some water glasses in the rooms. Coffee would be nice, too"

"The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and the towels were clean and soft. However, the carpet was not clean, amenities were minimal and the free breakfast was worth every penny (not good at all). It seemed like most were having to come back to either get their key card updated or they had no toilet paper in their rooms. They didn't bother giving me a key card, at that point. Just a code - which was fine. Would I stay here again? - no"
