"The service from the valet to the front desk and the bar was exceptional. I really appreciate the option for a 2 p.m. late check out time. Most hotels only extend you for an hour. When I did voice a concern the hotel manager was very accommodating and addressed it right away. When I return to NO, I will definitely be booking with The Westin on the river front. "

"I arrived early and was permitted to check-in early without any extra fee. The staff at the Reception Desk was absolutely amazing. In fact, the staff throughout the entire hotel was marvelous; from the welcoming valet, to the ever present doorman, Nigel. The room was adequate for our 3-night stay, as all we did there was sleep and shower. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. As soon as you step out of the hotel, you are immediately immersed in the sounds and smells of the French Quarter! Don’t hesitate to book your stay at The Wyndham, French Quarter!"
