This hotel worked great for our stay in Boulder. We loved the architecture of the hotel and uniqueness. The room also worked well, and we loved the extra sink. The beds were comfortable. The location also worked great; it is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and stores.

The bathtub needed to be replaced, the house keeping needs to really clean and mop the floors, they do charge for an additional person even though you book for a suite and it does say “sleeps up to 6” be careful with extra charges, they charge for parking and they do not say that at front desk. Courtyard by Marriott Boulder
The only issue I had with this property (or at least my room) was that the light in the bathroom above the sink wasn't very bright. Shaving was almost impossible, and had my wife been with me she would have requested a different room.
