"I booked a four night stay at Hotel Cesar Hotel. On the positive side the room was clean and the wifi connection was very good. The breakfast was tasteless and plastic the cook had made no effort whatsoever. We stayed on the fourth floor the room comfort and neighbourhood were shattered by the loud music from the 6th Floor "Zanzibur Diner" and ground floor Casino.
