"Stayed at KT Hotel for 7 nights in June. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast had great variety, though the Wi-Fi was slow. Perfect location for exploring downtown!"

"We booked delux double room. We booked two. One was perfect was was smaller than a single room. With a wall glass see through with a curtain. Spoke to reception twice said we can’t change as we are fully booked. Spoke to Expedia on the day to cancel said they can’t give a refund until hotel answer. Hotel never answered. I asked for a refund as the room is not just below expectations is not worth . But no help or apology was provided by the hotel. So we just lost money on a room that we felt...

"J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel en raison de sa situation géographique idéale, ce qui est sans doute son point fort. Cependant, j'ai été malheureusement déçu par l'état général de l'établissement. La propreté laissait à désirer, et plusieurs équipements semblaient vétustes ou mal entretenus. Il est évident que l'hôtel pourrait faire beaucoup mieux pour offrir un confort digne de son emplacement.
