"I think the property was friendly to pets. It had a lot of room in the front & back yard, along with a lot of space in the living room & kitchen. The bed is big, so your pet could definitely sleep with you on it or they could go into the guest bedroom too. There is a massage chair that was definitely relaxing & the place was clean"

"Our first assigned room did not have a heater that worked. The room temp was 64. The room telephones had no dial tone. The staff were gracious to change our room. The second assigned room was much better in temperature. We did note the toilet leaked. Hotel seems run down in places. "
"The room was minimalist but beautiful. The main drawback was the layout: our room was several hundred yards from the front desk, so any request required deciding whether it was worth the long walk. The refrigerator did not work; maintenance acknowledged the issue and said it would be replaced but never did. Front desk staff were polite but not particularly helpful, while the corridor staff were exceptional. The canteen/gift shop was overpriced and had a limited selection. We dined at the restaurant, which was excellent—I highly recommend it. The location is also very central. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, I would return to this hotel."
"I had a very comfortable stay, appreciating the cleanliness, comfort of the bed, and the availability of a very good breakfast. I also appreciated the secure parking. Thank you for everything."
"I had to keep calling the hotel from the airport I took almost an hour to get someone to answer, the lady told me she was working alone, but the time I got there all the restaurants were closed. I had to eat a candy bar for dinner. Also no one told me there was a shuttle that could take me downtown. Because I got a day pass on the bus. I didn’t find out about the shuttle until I was checking out and saw the sign at the front desk!"
"Great stay and close to downtown. We are clean freaks and it passed our evaluation. Looks like they have remodeled and modernized. Bonus…we had an excellent view of the mountains."
