"The staff was very friendly, and the property was very clean. The Casino on the other hand was terrible. Machines didn’t pay a dime. I had a problem being charged for the snacks in the room that had a sign stating as a courtesy did not know we had to pay until checkout. I was charged $74 to my card. I am very disappointed. No one ever explained that the snacks in the room was for sale. I will never come to this hotel or casino again."

"Spent time in Parkers Bar where we were greeted by the Hostess Irene. Greeted with a smile,welcomed us to Parkers,spent time conversing with us. Made us feel right at home. Went back the next night and there she wss ,again greeted us with a smile and a big "Welcome Back". She was an absolute joy. You have a Gem in her and our waitress of boyh nights Ellie. She took wonderful care of us,friendly smile ,and also made us feel so welcome. On our next trip to Boston,no matter where we stay,we will be stopping in to have a few cocktails at Parkers. Hopefully irene and Ellue will be gher. Wouldn't be the same without them."
