Overall the experience was mediocre. The staff were kind and friendly. The entire facility smelled musty. Our room specifically smelled awful. The bathroom had no vent and the shower steam had caused metal in the bathroom on the towel rack and door to rust, making the bathroom smell like rust. The hot water doesn’t get hot, and only stayed warm maybe 3 minutes (we were on the 4th floor). We (family of 4) were booked for 10 days and were only initially left towels enough for 3 people and one extra roll of toilet paper. The staff was kind every time we asked for extra toilet paper. The breakfast was ok. A decent selection but many of the hot foods seemed old and not fresh. The pool room wasn’t maintained well and the smell of chlorine was so strong it burned, no ventilation in the pool room. Overall, it was ok. If you are looking for somewhere more updated, clean, and a little higher scale, this is not the place. If you just need a quick place to stay and don’t care about the things I found complaint in, then you are fine.
