Top Boston Hotel Reviews

The Godfrey Hotel Boston
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is located in the heart of Boston. Staff attitudes are warm and welcoming. It's the perfect place to start a Boston adventure. Beds are comfy and a variety of snacks were provided in the room. It was a little noisy when we stayed - there was work to the side of the hotel - but that is the price of being so central. I have stayed here twice and I would come again. Highly recommend."

Harborside Inn Of Boston
4/10 Poor
"I paid more money for a room that wasn't as nice as the first time I stayed. You had to request cleaning at the front desk. TV was difficult to work, stereo did not work and no one at the hotel wanted to fix it. No amenities in the room, not even coffee. Had to pay five dollars for a cup of coffee every morning in the restaurant. Wasn't worth the price I paid to stay there. For what they get, they should be willing to give you a little bit more in return."

Hilton Boston Park Plaza
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Park Plaza in Boston; the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was also convenient to my activities."

Hilton Boston Logan Airport
8/10 Good
"We only used the hotel as a one night stop-over before an early morning flight to Richmond, so we didn't take advantage of anything the hotel had to offer.
Room service was decent, the room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed, so no complaints at all.
We booked the hotel partly because it was so close to the airport and thought we'd be able to walk from the terminal building. Because of building work going on, however, this was not possible. The free hotel shuttle worked out ok."

The Revolution Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very Lovely Place, Nice Architecture."

citizenM Boston Back Bay
10/10 Excellent
"Great location - fairly easy to get to from Logan Airport by public transportation. T and bus stop right across the street. Easy access to Newbury Street and easy walk to the Boston Commons, Chinatown, North End (1-2 mile walk).
Love the lobby, cute rooms (but only can accommodate up to 2 people). Wish that fridge was larger and that there were cops in the room. Also, more TV channel selection would be nice."

The Midtown Hotel MOD Collection by Sonesta
10/10 Excellent
"We used Lyft so can’t speak about parking, which is certainly an issue in Boston. The staff was professional and personable, place spotless, nice to have a 24h desk and small Tuck Shop for midnight snacks etc. Bedding and linens super nice, pillows and beds do comfy it was hard to get up. My better half asked me, How will it all fit?
(?!what? What do you mean?) How can we fit these beds and pillows in our suitcase! (Rolls over)….quiet, easy to control thermostat, and the room was impressively thought out for disabled wheelchair access plus easily cleanable in case pets have an accident. Really loved the mid-century 60’s style of the building, yet brought up to speed with some youthful edgy decor. A short Lyft or Uber to MGH where we were heading. Loved it! "

Arcadian Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good location and the facilities were overall pretty nice. I can sleep through anything so it wasn't an issue for me, but would definitely suggest light sleepers request not to stay in room 206 (king bed, tower) -- it's directly above the front doors and people gather outside and make a good amount of noise until late at night (plus it looks into the scaffolding of the awning so the full size window is completely blocked. Staff aren't overly friendly or helpful, but the job gets done so that's all I care about!"

Seaport Hotel Boston
