Our stay at this Hilton was fantastic! Front desk staffs are really helpful. Bar staffs work very quick and Chef Jonathon is lovely (thank you Chef!). There was refillable water station which is such a plus too. Gym is clean and big. The location of the hotel is convenient to go to many point of interests. We also were able to quickly/easily get to North Station or Back Bay Station to get on different commuter rail line to venture out. Parking garage is nearby for those who are visiting Boston with a car (day rate about $40 per day)

Great place. Will stay again. Double bed accessible room 400 sq feet was perfect for me and my toddler. Arrived late and they had the crib ready for us when we got there. Great location by the park and newbury street yet also walkable to downtown.

Positives: great location and professional behavior by the staff that I interacted with per the below. Negatives: discovered an easily visible large clump of dried hair at eye level on the shower wall. Housekeeping came and cleaned the bathroom thoroughly. Discovered a hair in one of the uncovered room paper coffee cups. A/C, set at Auto, powered up like it was possessed at 3am. Finally had to just switch it off. Sounded like it was also happening in other rooms. Receptionist very apologetic, waived a $30 charge and subsequently a $220 credit was received via Expedia on an original room cost of $580.
