"I've been staying here when I come to Waco for about 4-5 years now. Convienent location to where I am working, and it seems they're always upgrading the property. Rooms have always been clean and they are decent size. Good water pressure in the shower, decent internet speeds. The exterior is well lit and the property is quiet and feels safe. And the room rates are reasonable. "

"Couldn’t tell if anyone really bothered to clean the room before I checked in. There was dried up fries on the floor, the bathroom sink had a leak and water was all over the countertop. The closet doors were barely hanging on and could be moved. The king mattress had huge divots and the sofa sleeper was horrible. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping didn’t come in once. I had to go get my own clean towels, my own coffee replacement, and take out my own trash. This was most definitely NOT worth the money. "
