"As others mention, the property itself could do with some renovation which means it doesn't feel perfectly clean and modern. However, the staff are very friendly and the stay was half-board with an excellent variety of food options (including most Bulgarian classics based on our internet searches) and a I think something for everyone. "The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it "

"Lovely hotel, very personal. A little walk up to the ski fields - good exercise! Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee. Would be happy to stay there again."
