There was a waitress that was very rude to us just because we asked her where is the food which we thought there was no breakfast trays available and eyes us and sulked upon me and I had to confront her and report her and she answered back so I had to shut her mouth up myself."

"Breakfast not included which was fine with us. Asked at front desk where we could go get an espresso and they said we could just get it in the hotel breakfast room. All other hotels had either a hot pot in room or allowed a cup of coffee from breakfast restaurant. Went in and got it and my friend got hot water for tea. Got stopped by a very rude woman who all but yelled at us. Had to pay more for that cup of coffee than I did anywhere else in Italy!! At least the hot water was free. I had no problem paying for the coffee but was very put off by the attitude. Everything else about the hotel and staff were truly lovely."
