"This place was not at all as advertised. We ended up not staying and I was assured I would get a full refund. That said, I have not seen a single cent returned yet. So the skinny of why rate this place so poorly; I'm a fairly frequent traveler and I can say without hesitation that this motel was the worst I have ever seen. It was not at all as pictured. Upon parking, I found what appeared to be homeless people loitering under the walkway overhangs. When reaching the checkin desk, the clerk was nice and seemed as though she was trying to offer me subtle warning about the motel quality as she gave me a room key. As my kids and I stepped off the elevator to the 3rd floor we made our way to the room.thr hallway was dank and dirty. When entering the room, we found dirty sheets on unmade beds, written was a word that describes a lady of the night on headboard of one of the beds, a filthy bathroom that most certainly had not been cleaned or a minimum, flushed after the last user emptied their bowels, and to top it off, a set of stick on eyelashes were stuck on the mirror. I did not check for bedbugs but, based on what we had just walked into, I have little doubt, they were lurking about. We left the room, went back to the check in desk. The clerk was not surprised and offended an apology and asked if we would like to try another room, she gave us key card and up the second floor we went. The second room was worse. We stayed somewhere else. DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!"

"Parking was secure and wash and the pool and hot tub were clean and tidy. Also love the leds in the water! "

"Hotel was beautiful - new and fresh! Breakfast was disappointing. Two of the three hot trays were empty - only sausage available. The pancake machine had no batter. No pastries. I had to use coffee cup for a glass of water."

"Breakfast was the typical waffle maker, minimal fruit, breads, fake eggs as we as some hard boiled eggs, tasteless sausage and hash browns. Parking was as expected."

"Security: Fire alarms went off a couple of times, no communication from management. Overall: clean, comfortable, courtious, convenient for our meetings."

"Breakfast was blah. They need to step it up a bit. The property was good, room was great. Ate at the restaurant -very good, reasonable price. Will stay again for 230.00 for a lakeside view with balcony, jetted tub, fireplace - very nice room."
