Надо что-то менять!

Каждый год традиционно ездим с друзьями на выходные. И с каждым годом качество и сервис начинают всё больше хромать: 1. В номере стоял стойкий запах (простите) детской мочи. Проветривали всё время, пока находились в номере. 2. В ресторане за деньги не кормят. Только по временной карте с рецепции. Приехали чуть раньше времени заселения, решили пообедать, в итоге бегали за картой. 3. Раньше была веселая дискотека. Сейчас - это нечто! Диджей с голым, волосатым пузом (простите, но это реальность, которой он сам не стесняется), и любимые песни его мамы про Ялту непонятных исполнителей. Радуют пока только повара. Раньше это был клёвый отель на любой вкус развлечений и отдыха. Сейчас, это какая-то изживающая себя гостишка. Хотя народу меньше не становится. Ищем другое место для следующего года!

Великолепная парковая территория

Очень большая и красивая территория- главное преимущество этого курорта. Необходимость получения разрешения на выход с территории кажется странным ограничением! По тарифу полупансион нельзя перенести оплаченный обед на ужин.

Интересное место в Подмосковье

Хороший отель, уютные номера и большая территория. Доступ в бассейн и спорт зал ограничен не более 1 раза и не более 2 часов, что я считаю лишним ограничением

Все хорошо, кроме шума в корпусах вилладж от дороги и музыка из ресторана до 23-00 кто любит полную тишину выбирайте другое место, еда вкусная, если берёте полный пансион полдник тоже включён в стоимость, еда вкусная, с утра красная и белая рыбка очень вкусная, но мало младостей для сладкоежек)) поэтому вкусняшки берите с собой)) в целом очень достойный отель))) смело езжайте разнообразить свои выходные )

Очень любим проводить выходные в отеле Артурс Village & SPA. Из нескольких десятков посещенных загородных отелей, на наш взгляд, Артурс лучший. Нравится как территория СПА, так и территория Вилладж, выбираем в зависимости от набора включенных услуг(питание, посещение Wellness-центра и т.д.) Уже забронировали номер на следующий уикенд.

Уже не первый раз приезжаем в этот отель. По Дмитровке, добираться в целом удобно, но когда уже доделают дорогу, 3-й год все не закончат ремонт, к отелю это не относится. У самого отеля большая территория, состоит из двух частей: Спа и Виладж. Из минусов. На территории Виладж всегда были гамаки, их осталось всего 3, а раньше было много, неужели отелю дорого закупить новые гамаки. На территории Спа крытый бассейн с зоной спа, в день 2 часа посещения. На обеих территориях есть животные: ослик, козы, овечки, утки, кролики, косули. Мы всегда живем на территории Спа. Входит обед и завтрак. Завтрак стандартный, хотелось бы больше фруктов. В обед по-разному, бывает очень вкусно, а бывает так себе, без удовольствия еда. На ужин мы любим ресторан Гриль на 6 этаже, готовят отлично. Из минусов, мы жили в разных категориях номеров Спа, везде ужасные подушки, по одной на человека, твердые и неудобные.

Despite the language barrier, the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They did their best to answer our questions. The restaurant staff also were very friendly and courteous. This hotel is located in a beautiful property, but the down side is that is far out of the city (Moscow) and taxi fares are expensive to take you there

Good hotel but so far to Moscú

The hotel is good for take a relax, clean and safe but the location is so far to the city, we were for the Fifa world Corp and we expend a lot of money in taxis because the train and Metro are not close to the hotel .

Hotel de qualité mais éloigné de Moscou

Éloigné du centre de Moscou, ce qui permet de se relaxer après (ou avant) une excursion en ville. Il faut cependant prévoir 1h30 de taxi+metro pour accéder au centre Très bon rapport qualité prix pour 3, par contre attention, l'anglais ne permet pas de se faire comprendre, il faut parler russe (ou compter sur google trad) Mais globalement très bon séjour !

Muy alejado de la cuidad

No recomiendo este hotel para turistas extranjeros, porque hay 2 horas de transporte para llegar a Moscu y 2 horas más para volver, eso hace que se acorten las horas del día para conocer Moscu. Es un hotel muy lindo para gente que vive en el centro de la cuidad y quiero ir de descanso un fin de semana.
