Breakfast by the beach was fantastic. It is a bit cramped inside lining up for food, I believe there is a better way to control traffic inside. Although it is a grand pool view, there are a lot of trees in the way of the view. Staff was very helpful and courteous and well trained. The only thing is the wifi issue, boy it was unstable and bad. Even roaming in the hotel was not fun. Overall it was a good experience.

The resort was awesome however they want to charge you 1500 pesos if you bring a guest with you after 10pm. The guards will follow you around and it made it impossible to get a girl into my room which we all know is why single foreigners are in the Philippines to begin with... so if your single stay somewhere else.

Paradise Garden is the worst hotel we’ve stayed at among many hotels during our travels. From check-in, the staff struggled to communicate clearly with us—especially regarding ID requirements. They didn’t explain properly that locals only need to show local identification, while foreigners need a passport. This confusion made the process difficult and stressful. After we were finally assigned our rooms, one of the room keys didn’t work. We informed them, but while we waited outside in the humid and hot hallway, one group ended up joining the other room to rest. Even after an hour and a half, the key still wasn’t fixed. They then gave us another room. Later that night, the original room we were assigned finally worked, and they asked us again if we could switch rooms. We also had electrical issues in the room. At night and during the stay, everything felt disorganized and poorly managed. Check-out was another problem. We were not informed during check-in that we would need an exit slip to show the guard. If you’re planning to catch a flight, be sure to check out early to avoid delays. Overall, it was an extremely unpleasant stay. The hotel is run-down, overpriced, and the front desk staff need significantly more training. Pictures are deceiving, don’t get fooled by it.

Ce n'est absolument pas un hôtel 4 étoiles. Il convient mais c'est un 3 étoiles maximum. Après c'est un énorme hôtel avec plusieurs restaurants (je n'ai pas testé). Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Tout est vieux et outdaté. La piscine est cool avec deux toboggans pour les enfants et un bar dans la piscine pour les adultes.

The rooms and amenities are the stars in this Hotel. There was a super typhoon when we visited Boracay, but they have pools, water slides and outdoor jacuzzi that we were able to use to make the time worthwhile! The rooms are just perfect. Large, clean, and beds were comfortable to sleep in, TV was with cable, not a smart one but that's ok! The food is okay, worth the price. Room service is very slow, we had to follow up multiple times. But all in all, we had a great experience and looking forward to be back!

As the hotel is old, renovations are every where . Construtikn starg at 6-6.30 am not ideal for relax time . You are asking a nlanquet : they want to charge . You get water in the fridge : they charge you . Breakfast is poor quality . Worst internet wifi ever Cannot connect for my remote job for 3 days Very bad Customer services : they dont care at all except via what s app but they are not lically located but at Manilla

Staff were very welcoming and always greet you with a smile and a good morning/afternoon/evening. Any issues were quickly addressed. Breakfast was good with many different options such as pancakes, waffles, bacon as well as plenty of Asian options. As the property is shared with the convention centre, if there is a convention while you’re there prepare for breakfast to be pure chaos. The staff do their best but the sheer volume of people is overwhelming whether you’re there at the 7am opening or later in the morning. It also didn’t go unnoticed that the various “rules” of the hotel are enforced differently for foreigners and locals. Upon arriving at the pool we were always assertively reminded by the lifeguards to shower before entering the pool, which is entirely reasonable but no such direction was given to Filipino patrons who would arrive and jump straight into the pool. We mistakenly assumed that we could enjoy some chips poolside but were immediately swarmed by several staff that told us no outside food or drink were allowed at the pool and would have to pay 200 pesos per person if we continued eating. Again, not unreasonable if that’s the rule but we were left a bit sour as we watched Filipino families enjoy nothing less than full picnics poolside with fruits, drinks, nacho chips etc. That aside, the overall experience was quite pleasant. The location is great, direct access to the beach with plenty of restaurants and markets close by.

The Paradise Gardens is an old hotel and it needs a lot of upgrading. The room was spacious and the air con worked. The gardens were good but the pool and the area around it needed work. One of the pools was half empty and unused. A new hotel is being built next to the Paradise Gardens and the noise of the concrete mixers and the hammering and banging was very intrusive, in fact, you couldn't hear the person next to you at times.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Strand und Hauptstraße, wobei der Haupteingang bei der Hauptstraße liegt. Es handelt sich um eine Anlage der langen Wege und einer nicht mehr taufrischen Hardware, die eine Sanierung notwendig macht. Die 4 Pools, in denen Kinder von nicht erzogenen Eltern Lärm erzeugen, sehen ganz nett aus. Es gibt viel Grün in der Anlage. Mein Zimmer lag im „Westwing“ und war nicht mehr das neueste. Das einzig funktionierende, klapprige Aufzug reicht für die vielen Bewohner nicht aus. Über den Flur verbreitet sich der Schall bestens. Dieser wird nur unzureichend von der Tür abgehalten. Der Zigarettenqualm von den Balkonen trägt nicht zum Erholen bei. Der Kühlschrank ist unheimlich laut. Der Zimmerservice findet täglich statt bei unterschiedlicher Reinigungsleistung. Das Bett ist gut und das Licht am Bett relativ hell. Eine dickere Decke beim Bett wäre von Vorteil, um eine Erkältung zu vermeiden. Das Frühstück findet vor dem Strand statt (Informationen dazu beim Einchecken nicht ganz erhellend), zudem gibt es noch 2 verschiedene Zugänge. Das Buffet im Hauptraum ist durch den Flaschenhals beim lauten Wasserfall nicht gut aufgeteilt. Der täglich erwartete Tausch des Armbandes zur Identifizierung der richtigen Leute ist vielleicht nicht mehr ganz zeitgemäß. Das Essensbuffet selber zieht sich über zig Meter hin und ist umfangreich, wobei der Geschmack nicht immer prickelnd ist und einige Sachen „aus“ sind. Eine Markierung des genutzten Tisches durch z. Mostly good except food service. Breakfast is terrible. Food is below average, coffee undrinkable, wait staff not helpful unless prompted. If they could improve that then it would make huge difference overall

The property is experiencing some renovations so it did not appear as in the online photos. Room keycards would not stay programmed and we had to visit the front desk several times to have them re-keyed. All-in-all, though, a positive stay.
