"Everything from arrival to check out was brilliant, the staff are amazing, the spa was so relaxing as were the treatments, room was gorgeous and spotlessly clean and hot tub on the balcony was awesome, bar areas and service were fantastic and visit to Mizumi restaurant is recommended, location is fabulous - overall we had a great stay and will be visiting again "

"View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "

"The hotel was beautiful and all the wonderful festive decorations made it feel very special. Bar staff were wonderful. I loved sipping my gin by the warm crackling fire place.
