The gym was quite nice. The room and eating area could have a bit more attention from cleaning staff. The front desk staff were not that friendly. There was an issue with the toilet running constantly."

"Charlotte's Rose Inn was a wonderful place to stay while visiting PEI. The staff and amenities were outstanding and there were many dining and shopping options nearby. We took advantage of the free bikes and beach supplies that the Inn made available to us during our stay, and the breakfasts were catered to our different diets and absolutely delicious."

"I’m not a fan of motels generally but this is the second time I’ve intentionally booked here . While it is a little dated , it is very well located & the staff are excellent. Each room has 2 patio doors to a small quiet area with a nitro table & 2 chairs . There is adequate parking, quite a good little pub with good food attached & great prices! They have a swimming pool which is not of interest to me but would be for families . Many hotels in Charlottetown are pricey . I’d save that money for...

"Easy to get to tourist areas & downtown, reception was friendly & helpful from where to eat, how to get u-ride drivers when we needed, we axtually extended out stay an extra day before going back to Halifax. Hats off to Kerstine, she went over & above to make our stay great. "

"Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a small, hardened substance on the bed sheet that had left a visible stain. The condition of the room was unacceptable to the point that we couldn’t even stay there for one night. When we contacted reception, they initially said there was nothing they could do, which was very frustrating.
