My friends and family were extremely disappointed with the quality of the accommodations. We paid nearly $400 USD per day, but the rooms were dark, poorly maintained, with dirty bathrooms and sewage odors coming from the drains. While the hotel's exterior grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the rooms are in desperate need of complete renovation. Instead of the resort experience we expected, we felt like we were staying at a roadside motel. On our first day, we went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and had to wait over an hour and a half for what turned out to be terrible food. Given the high price point, the experience fell far short of expectations and I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Tivemos uma experiência péssima no Zagaia. Fui com minha familia e levei meus pais idosos no intuito de ter momentos de descanso e lazer mas infelizmente tivemos muito stress e aborrecimentos. Fomos alojados em um quarto em frente a uma area de reforma do hotel (estou gestante e estavamos com nosso filho de 5 anos), todos os dias entre 7h e 8h iniciavam-se barulhos horriveis de máquinas que nos acordavam e permaneciam durante todo o dia. Fora as conversas altas dos funcionários na porta do quarto. E alem disso minha mãe passou por um constrangimento enorme logo pela manhã, quando estava trocando de roupa (meu pai ainda dormindo) e mesmo com a placa de NAO PERTURBE na porta, foi surpreendida com um homem que abriu a porta e colocou a cabeça pra dentro e quando minha mae gritou ele fechou a porta e rapidamente saiu. Mesmo fazendo inúmeras reclamações com a recepção não conseguimos registrar nossa insatisfação com a supervisão ou gerência (que se dizia estar ausente do hotel) e NADA foi feito para resolver a situação, nem no intuito de parar com o barulho, nem no intuito de nos realocar para uma área que não estivesse em obra. Como estou gestante (com descolamento de placenta) precisava de dias de repouso e paz e o que emcontramos foram 4 dias de aborrecimentos.

Experiência incrível com a equipe de recreação! Ficamos encantados com a estrutura e o atendimento do Zagaia, mas o grande destaque da nossa estadia foi, sem dúvida, a recreação. A equipe é extremamente animada, atenciosa e criativa — conseguem envolver crianças e adultos em atividades divertidas o dia todo. Nossos filhos se apaixonaram pelos monitores, sempre alegres e responsáveis, que transformaram cada momento em uma nova aventura. As brincadeiras, as caças ao tesouro, os jogos na piscina e as noites temáticas fizeram toda a diferença na viagem. Parabéns ao Zagaia por valorizar tanto o lazer das famílias e oferecer uma equipe de recreação tão preparada. Voltaremos com certeza!

Necessita de renovação urgente. Quartos péssimos.

Reservei a suite double, entrei e saí pelas pessímas condições do quarto e pela quantidade de pernilongos. Fui para a suite master plus que é a melhor do hotel. Pelo preço, R$ 1400,00 diária, o quarto é péssimo. Portas emperradas, mobília velha, ralo e chuveiro com zinable, sifão nojento, barulho no forro e muito pernilongo, muito mesmo, enfim, é um péssimo custo benefício, O resort é ótimo, mas também precisa de renovação, o check in é péssimo, cerca de 1 hora em pé aguardando (dois funcionários apénas). O Zagaia será reconstruído, talvéz por isso estão usando até o máximo, de qualquer jeito. Se espera luxo e riqueza em detalhes, lá não é o local.

Experiência ruim. O hotel apresenta boa estrutura mas deixa a desejar em diversos pontos que tornam a experiência muito limitada para o preço que se está pagando. E tudo culminou com o checkout lastimável. Nos informaram que ofereciam um lanche no lugar do café da manhã caso fosse ser feito algum passeio que precisasse sair cedinho. No nosso caso foi no último dia. Nos informaram que poderiam fornecer um lanche se saíssemos antes do horpário do café da manhã. Sanduíche frio, bolo e fruta. Solicitamos e às 5 da manhã pegamos as embalagens. no meio da estrada quando fomos abrir pra comer e dar a nossos 3 filhos, vimos que tinha uma fatia de pão pura, uma fatia de bolo e uma fruta que faltou em uma embalagem. Lamentável. Não se faz isso com uma família com 3 crianças. melhor nem oferecer. mas dizendo que forneciam, contamos com o lanche. Além disso falta de pontualidade nos horários divulgados da recreação, tivemos vazamentono quarto que demorou pra ser corrigido e foi deixado tudo sujo. Materiais fornecidos para o beach tennis de péssima qualidade e sem padrão. O hotel tem uma estrutura muito boa. Acabamos por ter uma experiência ruim.

Custo benefício péssimo. Paguei o valor de resorts all inclusive pé na areia no nordeste (já fui em vários), porém no Zagaia só é meia pensão e temos que pagar pelo suco ou refrigerante do jantar…

A comida não está nem próxima do que se espera: os drinks e aperitivos na piscina são muito ruins (caipirinhas com frutas em calda, carne dura e queimada), o café da manhã está ok e o jantar tem menos opções do que se espera de um resort deste porte.
