Quiet despite central location. Very clean with excellent aircon. Coffee machine, fridge and kettle much appreciated. Bathroom well-equipped, some toiletries supplied. The only disappointment was that I never got to meet staff - reception was never open when I tried.

Oasis in the centre of Bologna

Wonderful stay. Very quiet, even though it is in the middle of the city. Very convenient for restaurants, museums and shops. Filippo is extremely kind and helpful.

I really enjoyed staying at Casa Faccioli! I love being in the heart of the historic center and staying in a building that feels more like typical apartment living rather than a big hotel. The unit was beautifully appointed. Communication with Massimo was easy and he always responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Central to everything!

We stayed 3 nights and although we never met our hosts, Massimo and Filippo had been very helpful about checking in. We had a 4th floor room with a rooftop view. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom huge! Just in the same street were sone restaurants, bars, and we were close to walk to everything. Best location.

Fantastic property. We had a large room with patio and view of the towers. Location cannot be beat with restaurants and bars just outside your door step. This also has a LIFT which is a biig benefit if you have luggage. Never met.or saw the owner and for some reason didnt have breakfast included in our room but no.big deal.

Property in great location in the center of the historical district. Close to various dining options. Only contact with staff was at check in, otherwise no direct contact other than via WhatsApp. Rooms were adequate yet simple and lacked real style and comfort. Can't recall if breakfast options were available but I think not. Accommodation felt more like a room rental than a true B&B. Would consider other options before this one albeit this one more highly rated by others

Filippo was amazingly efficient and helpful even though I never saw him! The B&B couldn't be better located. My room was very quite and the bed extremely comfortable. There was a kettle and coffee machine and the pods etc were topped up daily. Easy to find and check yourself in. It has a lift which is always a bonus!!!

Wee spent two mid-September nights at the B&B. The location couldn't be better in the center of Bologna. Very easy walks to local sights and dining options. The included breakfast was very good at a local coffee shop. The room was comfortable and had a balcony with a lovely view but rather uncomfortable couch. The only complaint is the difficulty we had in finding the B&B. It is on the fifth floor of what otherwise is an office building with no external signage identifying the B&B. Thankfully we were accompanied by a local taxi driver who found the building and was able to contact someone inside to help us get in. The instructions we had been provided on gaining entry to the B&B were in retrospect accurate, but at the time in a heavy rain, not clear enough for us to follow. With the caveat to be sure how to find it and how to get in, you will enjoy the stay. It was very private and clean.

This is the perfect location for a trip to explore Bologna! It is one block off of Piazza Maggiore and you can walk to most of the sites you’ll want to see. There is plenty of dining and shopping in the area. It isn’t a quiet part of town and if you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing ear plugs. I stayed in the Beatrice room and it was clean and good size for 1-2 people. There is a lift to bring you to the top floor. I didn’t meet any of the staff in person, but did communicate with Massimo via WhatsApp. Check in and out were simple and I could drop my bags early or leave them if I had needed to. Massimo also arranged for an early morning taxi to the airport for me. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great B&B located right in the heart of Bologna, but the room was still peaceful. Great views and lovely terrace as well. Owner Filippo was really helpful and gave us useful tips about where to eat and drink. Highly recommended!
