Everything! The room was comfortable and clean, with bath robe and slippers provided. I had my dinner in the hotel; it was great at a very good price. The breakfast was lovely too.

Room was clean and efficient. We decided to end our stay by one night. Since we booked via Hotels.com we had to go through them. We did not prepay so it was not a big deal, but since we were unaware of this fact, Arthur at the front desk went out of his way to help us resolve the early departure. He was a true customer service person.

This hotel was great, but it wasn't terribly close to anything. It was at least a 20 minute walk to any restaraunts and shopping. The staff was fantastic. I thought breakfast was included in the rate, but it wasn't - the waiter checked and he actually included it for me! Great customer service, comfortable beds, very clean and amazing water pressure!

At first sight, the area seemed a little gritty. But once we walked around, we realized we were in a very good area to find a great place for a breakfast pastry and a morning latte. At night, there was a boisterous beer hall right across the street from the location which was an added bonus! The hotel staff were phenomenal. So helpful, so personable, I would recommend this hotel and stay here again. Also, Bologna was a wonderful city to visit enroute to Tuscany. We were only here for a night, but it was a wonderful night, indeed.

Hotel is quite nice. Decent rooms. Nice bathroom and amenities. But don’t be fooled this is a solid 20-25 min walk into the city area. It’s also in a real dead zone. Nothing great around the area. Cabs are about $15 USD each way so probably worth spending a bit more and not having to cab it. Especially if staying in cold/rainy weather. Not a safe walk either. Would not recommend for solo female travellers.

Ok for the price

Very nice hotel which is modern and clean. However, the AC in the room is basically non-existent. The heat was actually on when we checked in despite it being 33 degrees outside. We didn’t feel any cold air blowing out. The free wifi is quite slow and lags often. The TV had one English channel.
