"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"One of our favourite hotel stays in recent years. Great location, super friendly staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant were both very good as well. They say the true test of hospitality is when something goes wrong, well, the one small problem we had with a leaking A/C unit was fixed within five minutes, with both Maintenance and House Keeping attending to fix and clean up. Amazing! Other hotels could learn from this. We will definitely be going back. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at Case Benita! Our room was so cute and cozy, with thoughtful decor and an incredible view — especially at sunset. We arrived right at the end of the season, so it was very quiet (almost felt like we had the place to ourselves!), which made it even more relaxing. The hosts were so kind, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast delivery — ordering by phone was so easy, and the Nutella waffle was amazing! "I had a great stay at Riva Luxury Rooms in Split. The lady at reception was wonderful, she gave me lots of helpful advice and kept checking in to make sure I was happy. The room was very clean, the location was perfect, and she provided clear instructions for my late self check-in. Highly recommended!"
