"Perfect to spend the night for an early flight!"

"A nice hotel adjacent to the airport shuttle. BUT! A lady told the front desk that her friend was in our room. THEY GAVE HER A KEY AND SHE WALKED INTO OUR ROOM! They did not verify the name of the person in the room she identified, they did not contact us in the room. This is a major breach of hotel security protocol. I was getting ready for bed, since we had an early flight so did not go down to the front desk, but I did call and there was no answer. I found their e-mail and sent a message but never heard back from them. A nice hotel but very poor room security."

"Great for CDG overnight"

"Great place to stay if you can find it! We arrived late and left the next morning and stayed overnight. The hotel is great. Here is how to find it: follow the signs to the train station. When you get to the area with all the hotel signs--and the Sheraton is not listed-- turn around and look for the subtle signage that shows the Sheraton is right around the corner!"

"It is very well placed for the airport terminals and the train station. It is clean but doesn’t necessarily look like it. Needs new carpets and a bit of a refresh"

" Overall nice. Room was clean & peaceful. If you come from T2, go to the “train station” to take the CDGVAL to T3. Took 30’, 25” walk (I’m neither young nor healthy). Neighborhood is hotels and corporate buildings. Roissy Pôle is not the best area; I crossed path with “scarry” individuals. Hotel is easy to find, straight from the Roissy Pôle exit. Colorful commons area, ambiance is energetic, “hype” and trendy (co-working/open space/hub)-a lot going on. Better be a technophile or computer savvy-self check-in/check-out on screens at the kiosk (employees present-don’t expect too much if sthg goes wrong). iPad provided in the room to control lights, curtains and blinds, and TV (trad. switches too). Small room. No space for luggage. Shower/toilet within a plastic “egg” in the middle of the room, not separate. Provide shower products not individual toiletries. No coffeemaker nor beverages in the room (eco-friendly and safety reasons)> downstairs to get water, tea or coffee, was too tired to deal with the hustle and bustle, Small fridge, no microwave. Room has fancy light programs for ambient moods. Breakfast is expensive-over 20 euros. Bakery & groceries at Roissy Pole. Fun, not for shy people. No manager available at the time. No cash accepted, you need a debit or credit card for everything."

"The hotel is located on the airport property linked to the terminal via the free airport transit system which is very convenient. Also, located beside the Paris RER train station which allows access to center of Paris in 30-40 minutes. There is a 12$ surcharge to take RER from this station because it's at the airport. The rooms were smaller but well appointed. It included a single sofa bed for our teenage son that was more than adequate. The bathroom was newly renovated and had a separate room for the toilet. The room was also sound proofed well, being so close to the runway and aircraft areas. There was a bar and restaurant downstairs that we did not use. Good hotel choice for a layover. "

"Nice, clean hotel, which is pretty much at the CDG airport. There is about a 200m/70ft walk to a free train that takes you straight to your terminal. Can't beat the location for sure. We enjoyed complimentary dinner (that's the package we bought), which was very nice. We didn't get to use the complimentary breakfast option due to timing so can't comment on that. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. "
