The rooms are good, overall is a good hotel, the price is also good. Their restaurant food could be better. Their staff service is really good, especially Adriana at the restaurant. This was 4th stay in this hotel, and I will definitely come back.

It's a good hotel with friendly staff, just slightly on the periphery of the Chico area, where other hotels are possibly more embedded. But the area felt safe, the staff were very professional, and the price was more than competitive compared to other options. My only niggles were staff knocking on the door after eight or nine in the morning which was too early, and the showers requiring five to ten minutes to reach full temperature, but the view was stunning and it was my first Colombian hotel that offered both a hairdryer and a personal iron, where most do not. It had a very corporate vibe, but the mattress was divine, and the feature set outflanked all other hotels that I've been to within Colombia.

Super cute hotel. Things to keep in mind: The AC is set to a standard and cannot be adjusted. Front desk shifts change, and customer service can vary. Things you'll appreciate: The area safety a small gym reliable transportation cleanliness and close walking distance to many restaurants, hangout spots, and grocery stores.

The place was not perfect, but what hotel is? The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were terrific. I read some reviews that the breakfast was not worth the money, but I thought it was. The food was of top quality, and the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend and will return on my next visit.
