The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff is very kind and helpful. The larger rooms are perfect for a family stay. Only downside is that some of the rooms might get a little too much noise from traffic.

Pros - Property is simple but quiet and safe. It is also walkable to Park 93 where there are plenty of restaurants. Cons - Snacks for purchase at the hotel/apart room were expired. Recommend checking expiration dates. Hotel guests could potentially get sick eating expired items.

Nice hotel! I would recommend it if you are staying for a day or two. There is not room service or ice machine. It is more for business people. Staff is very nice and pleasant.

Nice place

The front desk staff was amazing. Took care of all my needs, The room had a kitchen but was only stocked with 2 plates, bowls and glasses and no pots or pans to cook. They did bring up pots and pans after I asked but would be nice to just leave in the room that has a kitchen. The water was nice and hot and the rest of the stay was great.

Amazing Condo Hotel in nice area of Bogota

Amazing 4 night stay in a ‘grand suite’ room that had great cross ventilation from two massive double sliders ( floor to ceiling Windows) beautiful roof terrace on 8 floor (plus gym) with Mountain View’s for morning coffee. Rooms are condos so have kitchenette and powder rooms. Breakfast features eggs cooked to order Security in the building is great and Jose at the front desk will become your best friend / he truly goes above and beyond to care for hotel guests and assist in multiple ways as any issues arise

The hotel was nice but I do not recommend to travel with pets. Before doing my reservation, I asked if they were pet friendly but when I arrived with my dog, they charged me per night and did not mentioned this before. There were hidden costs and they did not communicate with me correctly. Really disappointed!

This hotel was very convenient for me. I discovered at the last minute before leaving the USA that I would be arriving the day after my intended arrival and there would be no place for me to stay upon arrival after being en route for more than 12 hours and up for more than 24 hours. So, I booked them and stayed only a couple hours, just long enough to get some rest prior to checking into another hotel that is a 3-minute walk. Right now there is some construction going on near the property. When I looked out my window all I could see was a construction site and large cranes. Also, right after laying down it was noisy because it sounded to me like an automobile accident occurred almost right in front of the hotel. Neither of these 2 issues can the hotel do very much about. I'm just letting you know what my experience was. To show that everything else was good, especially the breakfast, I have another situation where my main hotel released me today at 1 PM, but my flight doesn't leave until after 11 PM. So, I booked another room at this hotel to have a place to hangout safely between 3 PM and 8 pm prior to going to airport.
