Decepcionante

Teniamos muchas espectativas y al llegar vimos un lugar con vista hermosa y lindas habitaciones, sin embargo, pasamos por una situacion incomoda cuando nos indicaron que nos movieron nuestras cosas a otra habitacion porque otro huesped queria la habitacion que ya nos habian entregado, cuando fuimos a ver los nuevos huespedes ya estaban instalandose en dicha habitacion. En general las habitaciones les falta ajustes pequeños, como que no cierra la puerta del baño, o que se cae la manija de los closets pero lo que mas desepciona es que el ventilador no ventila es decorativo. En el desayuno tambien tuvimos una mala experiencia, los huevos estaban salados y fue imposible comerlos. Y desafortunadamente la comida es bastante costosa para la calidad que tiene asi que preferimos ir al pueblo a comer, despues de haber probado la hamburguesa y el sandwich club.

Es un muy buen sitio para descansar, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y agradables. PUNTO NEGATIVO: “desayuno incluido” te cobran adicionales si quieres el huevo con jamón o algún otro topping que en otro sitio no te cobrarían. Algunas zonas sociales un poco descuidadas, pero en general está bien

Really nice place, the rooms are big and the king bed was very comfortable, the view of the mountains was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was super friendly and attentive and always willing to help with anything, they also let me have a late check out at no cost (3:00pm)

Una joya muy cerca de Bogotá

Realmente una joya, un hotel boutique de 12 habitaciones, las instalaciones están muy lindas, bien mantenidas, hechas con gusto, una vista espectacular a las montañas. El servicio es de alto nivel, todas las personas muy amables, te llaman por el nombre, están siempre pendientes de lo que necesitas, si tener que pedirlo siempre te preguntan si quieres o necesitas algo. Luisa, Eduardo, Adriana, muy amables. Mauricio y Piedad (sus dueños) están siempre pendientes de tu comodidad. La zona del SPA es muy linda también y los masajes de buena validad.pot otra parte la comida está muy bien preparada, sientes que estás en un restaurante de buen nivel de Bogota, buena variedad para ser un hotel pequeño. Pasamos un fin de semana romántico u tranquilo con mi esposa. Muy recomendado y seguro vamos a volver!
