"I love Ode Properties. They have amazing beds. I was empathetic toward the front desk staff, as she was dealing with an impossible customer, and I had to wait a while to check in, but because we commiserated she upgraded me. It was so thoughtful of her. I loved my room. Only annoyance is the motorbikes zooming around on the roads behind the hotel at odd hours of the night.
