"The staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of our experience. Unfortunately, the location was a major disappointment. Reaching the hotel was extremely difficult. The roads leading there were isolated and in poor condition, and our GPS repeatedly lost signal or gave incorrect directions. "Worst hotel rooms ever I have seen. Decoration, furniture everything is the worst ever. Beds are super uncomfortable. Construction debris visible at places where skirting missing. Paint residue everywhere, on the floor, furniture, doors. No one spent a minute to even roughly clean. Bathroom was poor poor. Faucets must be rusted for the last 5 years. Only good thing in the rooms is clean sheets and one of the two ACs was working. General areas has no taste. Pool is small for that many people....

"When we arrived, the room's air conditioning was broken; they tried to fix it but couldn't. We asked for another room, but they didn't have any available. We cancelled the reservation; they told us we would get a refund, but after we left, they said they were applying their no-refund policy. Expedia is aware of the situation but hasn't done anything yet. We are waiting for a response from Expedia."
