"Whoever is rating this hotel as 5star has never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. The staff and the food were excellent however the hotel is under renovation and it's an ongoing construction site with many disruptions and work being carried out throughout the hotel The finishing works of the renovation is not 5 start quality, far from it. The vibe is nice around the place but it is not a high end establishment."

"The service of this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced, most things were either sold out or they wouldn’t even come to serve you, despite of multiple requests and complaints nothing was done. The breakfast was horrible, hardly any choices and then to top it cold food was served. Never been more disappointed with a hotel. They shouldn’t have a five star as it’s just not a five star service or amenities for a hotel. I’d give them a zero if I could."
