This hotel is right in the middle of Blois with easy access to the town centre and the chateaux. The staff have been really helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Perfect location for town centre stay.

Great location in town centre, paid parking very close by. Breakfast buffet good quality with reasonable selection. Staff attentive and helpful. Rooms modern and generally well kept. Hangjng space very limited for a family ofv4 in a family room (no wardrobes, hanging rail very short with few hangars).

The property is in a great location, well valued and breakfast was very reasonable. The parking is 8 Euro a day and not too far. Pay attention though, it's a public underground garage and a bit of a 1/4 mile loop around. I was looking for a restaurant to eat a particular type of French meal and the gent at the front desk, named Mohcine, went beyond a simple ask, calling several restaurants and even making the reservation. Great attitude and initiative. Merci Mohcine.

Location is the main advantage here. Other than that the hotel is pretty basic, a little too basic for my taste meaning i didn't even have a paper cup in the room. Also i had issues with the room key card every single day, although i didn't keep it close to my phone as the receptionist kept telling me i did. I travel alot but i've never had this kind of problems with a key card, i believe the card was of a very bad quality and was getting easily demagnetized. Instead of blaming the guests they should have checked the cards with the supplier but i guess it's easier this way. Anyway, hotel was ok but i wouldn't go back. I'm sure i can do better for that money.

Nightmare in La Loire Too many incidents to include in this review.Following the highlights: Ibis Blois Centre Chateau trains its employees in La Santé Prision, otherwise I dealt with small village, narrow-minded, uneducated, and ignorant staff that are openly confrontational. Do not even think about a nice welcome and or a smooth check-in; Forget about housekeeping: it is nonexistent. When I complained about it, the shift "manager" challenged me... twice! ,first, proposing a face-to-face with the maid, otherwise, directly with her. Needless to say, in the hotel business, not in a prision like Ibis Blois Centre Chateau, the issue will have been addressed immediately, without discussion and after apologising profusely. At least that has been my experience in 40 years of travelling. Later, this person offered no charge for breakfast in lieu of the circumstances (but no apologies whatsoever!). Too little, too late; Very small rooms, mine looking to the town’s main street, very noisy all night long; Granted, the hotel is in an excellent location, in a destination where the tourist area is so small location becomes irrelevant; A light at the end of the tunnel: a decent breakfast overlooked by efficient staff and a very good deal for parking. Period.

Pensez à votre brosse à dent !

Habitue à cet hôtel, j ai eu un accueil moyen. Ayant oublié brosse à dent, je demande gentiment s ils ont in kit dentaire, réponse oui 3 euros ! La veille, ce dernier m avait été offert avec le sourire dans le même groupe d hôtel. Dommage, je changerai d hôtel pour les prochaines fois.

Nous étions dans une chambre 3 personnes :2 adultes et 1 enfant. A notre retour le 2eme jour, le lit de notre enfant n était pas fait et aucun rouleau de toilette mis en place. Demande à l accueil. Au moment de payer, le site indique que certains établissements prennent en charge le petit déjeuner des enfants si les parents prennent le petit déjeuner pendant tout le séjour. Ce qui était notre cas, mais au moment de payer, la standardiste n' était à priori pas au courant. Très moyen et décevant. Autre point : pas de parking. Il faut se garer en ville. parcke mètre. Stationnement non pris en charge par l hôtel
