"This property was recently renovated but still has some major issues. We stayed on the fourth floor which is the top floor. From the time we checked in until we left (8days) we had a constant problem of not having water to shower, teeth brush etc. There was either low pressure or no pressure. They tried to remedy the problem by having the water shut off and working on it for quite sometime, with no success! On our final day, they had people check in with dogs. "The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "Lovely small hotel a short walk from old town of Trogir. Room was spacious and clean. Pillows were quite firm. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of items available. I gave this hotel only 4 stars because they supplied only a thin sheet on the bed for a cover at night. No duvet or blanket in the room.
