"The pool and sauna were my favorite parts of the staff. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, we did have an article of clothing go missing from the room, and have been informed that it will be looked into. Hopefully, we’ll hear back soon. "

"Tiny room. The king bed is actually two twin beds pushed together. No amenities, no coffee, fridge or shampoo/conditioner provided in the room. Breakfast is very basic. "

"A great space to stay. Slightly away from all the noise, but with bus and trams on the doorstep not a problem. Staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough. Spa was great, they have made excellent use of the space."

"The Staff were very nice however the Room left a lot to be desired, the picture of Omega Guesthouse implies that the Rooms are around an internal courtyard whereas my Room Hi3 was facing the Main Road & Junction the Glazing was inadequate to cut out enough of the Tram/Emergency Vehicles,Buses & Cars ( stopped at lights) with loud Bass Music, the Room itself was fine ( cleaner could do better) apart from overly Firm Mattress & the Aircon Heating being set to one Temperature ( Day & Night) because the rooms are not given their own control."

"We ended up with a riverview room on the top floor and it was amazing, breakfast was a must and everyone was friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend to others and would love to come back"
