"Very clean room! Breakfast was delicious! The lady greeting people and cleaning up after the breakfast dishes was so nice and friendly! Loved the experience! When we got to our room there was no bar of soap to wash our hands in the bathroom but other than that everything went well! "

"I HIGHLY recommend this property when visiting Rockford. The housekeeping woman was incredibly sweet and kind and Timothy at the front desk was eager to please, professional and polite. Our room was cleaned perfectly and if I needed anything all I had to do was ask and she was happy to help. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t say how that was but my mom did and she loved it. It’s right across the street from the Hard Rock and super close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Incredibly easy to find as well, it’s literally just off the freeway. We go to Rockford often and will be staying here for now on. While it’s not glamorous like the Hilton, they take cleanliness very seriously and that’s what’s important to me. "

"Room was perfect for an overnight stay. I checked in early evening on a Saturday evening and it was pretty noisy from the street and nearby businesses. But all that pretty much comes to a halt after 9 pm as these are businesses that close by then. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They do not serve breakfast but the coffee is excellent!"

"The door jam was broken and the deadbolt didn't work. The floor was very dirty as well as the bathroom countertop. There was hair on the sink and hair ties on the nightstand. The walls and bathroom door (which did not close) had spray marks of something and scuff marks. The bed was changed and had clean linens but old flat small pillows. The room we booked was not the room we were given."
