"Room was much smaller that the advertised photos. And watch out for the extremely bright bathroom light! I loved it, until it was 7am and there was no dim option or lesser light in there. Breakfast didn't have many healthy options for people with extreme dietary needs (only had apples, oatmeal (not good toppings) and I had to ask for honey with tea). The Room was clean, but the view was of the back alley of a building about 20' away 😬. Kids enjoyed the pool, it was a bit small but the slide made up for it. I appreciated the front entrance of our room having a shoe cupboard & hooks for your jackets."

"Great trip to Kelowna they were kind and helpful. Rooms were basic but clean. Price was good. Didn’t try the amenities but there was a nice green space with bbqs and lawn games people were using. Good location close to the main drag. I would stay there again."

"Bathroom shower floor, glass doors and and mirror were visibly dirty when I first entered the room. No ice bucket, no shower cap or any other toiletries besides shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Expensive one night stay $300 for a semi below ground room with parking lot next to the window. Some staff were nice and very friendly but other staff were unhelpful and seemed put out when we came up to ask about check-in. None of the amenities advertised were open, no breakfast, no fitness centre, no spa, no pool no hot tub. $300 for a below ground dirty room."

"It was on a very busy highway that was hard to access from the west and leave going east. Metal base on bed was noisy. Toilet seat banged when you sat. Breakfast was ok. The staff tried hard but appeared short staffed. Wouldn't stay there again."
